Nicolette Apartments has 16 studios
(1-roomapartments) for 2, 3 or 4 persons.
Each studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, water boiler, 4
cooking-plates and kitchen-utilities, kitchen towels and dishwashing
detergent.
All the studios are decorated contemporary and have their own LCD TV
and alarm clockradio.
Bed sheets and towels are included.
We provide in all the studios free WiFi Internet access.
There are no extra charges for gas, water, light and final cleaning.
The location is perfect, in the middle of the centre and only 25
metres away from the beach.
In 2009 we can offer you the parking permission for free, from 1
January 2010 the costs for the parking permission will be
€ 4,00 a day due to changed parking regulations. With this parking permit
you can park near the apartments.
We have a basement where you can place your bike.
