Nicolette Apartments is established
since 2000
in Katwijk aan Zee.
We rent studio apartments for 2, 3 and 4 persons.
Our 16 studios are on the 1st, 2nd and 3th floor of our building at the
beginning of the Voorstraat, located in the middle of the shopping centre of
Katwijk aan Zee, near the restaurants and 25m from the beach.
Our 1-room apartments are modern, have a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with refrigurator, coffee machine, water boiler, 4 cooking-plates and kitchen-utilities, kitchen towels and dishwashing detergent.
All the
studios are decorated contemporary and have their own LCD TV and alarm
clockradio.
Bed sheets and towels are included and are changed during your stay.
We provide in all the studios free WiFi Internet access.
There are no extra charges for gas, water, light and final cleaning.
The studios are non-smoking, but the is an area where you smoke outside. We have
a basement where you can place your bike.
We have
parking permits for € 6,00 a day. With this parking permit you can park on the
street near the apartments. In the evening and sundays parking is free.
