Prices are per studio, per night, incl. gas,
water, electricity, final cleaning, bed sheets, towels, WIFI and excl.
tourist tax (0,90 cents per persons, per night). The parking permission costs € 4,00 a day.
Afer 12.00 you can check in, on the day of departure the check out
time is 10.00.

Reservations less than 3 or 5 nights, can
be made 1 or 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellations:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all
nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights
will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all
nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 85 percent of
all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the
reservation will be charged.
